BULLYING

I could not stop crying when I watched this video.

It makes me FURIOUS to know that these kids are getting bullied everyday.

I'm really emotional just writing this and thinking about it.

Everyone knows about bullying, but they just ignore it and sweep it under the rug.

And because people choose to do that, innocent people have to deal with all the things that he's ^ dealing with and SO much more.

He's in 8TH GRADE. 

He started getting bullied in 1ST GRADE.

The people who see/know about others getting bullied and just lets it continue make me sick.
 My heart completely breaks for him and everyone else who gets bullied.

Bullying has to stop!

MAKEOVER

I've decided that since I'm on this big ole weight loss journey,

(and I am SO motivated, let me just tell you!!!)

that when I reach my weight goal....

I'm getting a freaking makeover.

Now that I'm happy with the way I look now.

But, I want to dye my hair a completely different color, and since I won't be able to fit my clothes anymore you know what that meansss....

A WHOLE NEW CLOSET :D

I just can't wait to get there!!!!

MOTHERHOOD

The thought of one day being a mother to my own children makes my heart be filled pure love and joy.

Today I read a story on a blog of a girl I follow (you can read that story here. Literally one of the most beautiful birth stories I've ever read!!) and it got me thinking about my future and my strong longing to be a mother and wife one day.

I want to experience that love you feel for that little human being who you've been waiting to meet for 9 months.

I can picture it all in my head, me in the hospital with my husband at my side the whole time getting me through every part of it.
Getting to old your little baby for the first time, giving him/her (hopefully a HIM) a bath, feeding him/her....

I want that with every part of me.

I've been around kids and changing diapers since I was 7 and there hasn't been a time where I didn't love it.

I mean, obviously there were times when I needed a break, but I would quickly miss all those giggles and smiles and want to go back.

I remember when I met my little brother, I was SO in love with him.

 I remember my mom bringing him home and I was ooooing and ahhhinh over him.

 (for those who don't know, my little brother is adopted. He came to us when he was 3 months old)

Now he's 6 and I still love him so much, actually even more.

 I always wanted a little brother when I was little and I got one.

Couldn't be anymore thankful for that little man!

My mom has a at-home daycare and she has a little guy named Jeremiah.

I can't even begin to explain how much I love him.

My heart is overjoyed and filled with love every time I look at him.

SERIOUSLY! How can you not die inside with that wittle faaaace??? :)

I think I was just born with the motherly nature.

I've always wanted to be a mom.

And I honestly can't wait for that day!

But, just to put this out there, I have NO IDEA how those women do that stuff NATURALLY?!?!?!

It is truly mind boggling.

 HMU with that epidural, just sayin'.

Temporarily Upset.

This needs to be blown up on my bedroom wall.

I've said some stuff on the internet that I am not proud of and wish I could take back.

But I've seriously suffered the consequences and will NEVER be do it again.

You can count on it.

Easy to fall, easy to break.

I can't even begin to tell you how many times I've fallen head over heels for a guy (always way to quickly and most of the time I don't even know them that well... haha! I'm a teenager, what can I say?!) and then BOOM, broken.

FORGIVENESS

Todays post is about forgiveness.

"Forgive all who have offended you, not for them, but for yourself."

Forgiveness.

Wow.

I can't even begin to explain what an intense word that is.

It sounds so easy, but it's really not.

Whenever I think about the word 'forgiveness.'

I think about God and how many countless times he's forgiven me...

Forgiven all of us.

It says in the bible,

"But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins." Matthew 6:15

And who doesn't want their amazing Father in heaven to forgive them? 

I mean, he was bruised, beaten and crucified for YOUR (and my) sins.

How incredible is that??

Forgiveness is so difficult.

I wish it wasn't so hard, but it is.

But it's doable. Totally doable.

And it's gonna happen with me.

I will forgive those who hurt me.

Not only because it's right, but for myself.

(Thought I would be honest in todays post)

"A friend is the one who comes in when the whole world has gone out."

Lately I've really been thinking about the meaning of the word 'friend.' 

I'm the kind of person who will accept pretty much anyone and call them a 'friend.'

It's probably my biggest weakness. (That and I care to much)

It's so easy for me to meet someone, get along with them, hang out with them a lot, and then end up getting so hurt and heartbroken because either they changed or found other friends and forgot about me.

It's happened to me so many times that when I make another friend and they do the same thing, I get so incredibly hurt and confused...

Cause all I really want to give to that person is love and get it in return... but I always end up being the friend that gets forgotten.

I'm always the bad guy too.

They always find a way to play the victim and make me seem so horrible when I've really done nothing wrong.

I'm tired of being treated this way.

I refuse to be used and then thrown away.

To those who hurt me,

Thank you.

Thank you for teaching me not to become so caught up in someone else.

The only person I should be caught up in is God.

Just know that I still think back to all those times when we were such good friends and I miss those times so much.

But I know that God has a plan for me, and you're obviously not part of that amazing plan.

Okay, I am SO in love with this show; I just can't get enough!

My sister, Jackie and I love is so much and we watch it all the time.

It ended in like 2009 or something. But it's instant on Netflix so we have it unlimiteddddd ♥♥♥♥

It's just so good. I can't explain WHY I love it so much. I just do!

One of the bigger reasons why I love Prison Break is because of Michael Scofield. Aka Wentworth Miller ♥♥♥♥ I seriously love him. He's a good actor, nice to look at....... hahahahaha

Another reason would be because of Lincoln Burrows. Aka Dominic Purcell. HE'S THE MAAAAAN. We call him 'Muscle' because... well, you get the point ;) 

If you haven't seen this show, you HAVE to watch it. If you saw it and you didn't like it.... YOU ARE A SAD HUMAN BEING. jkjkjkjkjkjkjk.... :)

BIGGEST MISTAKE EVERRRRRRRRRRR

I cut my hair this ^ short before the summer began. I had wanted to for a while and then I did it. I liked it for a while... but now I just hate it. I'm definitely a long haired person. I miss my long hair SO bad. All I think about is how long my hair could have been by now if I DIDN'T cut it.

my hair wasn't THAT long before, but it was still way longer then I have it now. I have naturally curly hair, so it's such a hassle to keep it in control. When it's short, it's much crazier. I cannot wait for my hair to grow out!!!!!

The Marvelousness of Pinterest

Today I'm going to tell you about something that is truly wonderful. It's called Pinterest. I discovered Pinterest sometime earlier this year and I've been addicted ever since. At first I didn't understand the use of it, but now I pin at least for a little while everyday. Hahaha, it's kinda sad. I love it so much! I showed my good friend, Annie it last weekend when she was spending the weekend with me (which was SO fun, btw) and she seemed a little puzzled as to why I love it so much. But she did seem to get more interested after awhile :) Seriously, if you haven't tried it yet, you have to! Check it out here. If you try it and don't understand why I love it, then you are seriously missing out!

Hey guys! Sorry I haven't been posting! (pretty much at all!) School started for me about 4 weeks ago and it's been EXTREMELY time consuming! It's pretty much all I do! Let's just say that me and the weekend are BFF's ♥

Just recently, I've fallen in love with the piano all over again... I started playing piano and taking lessons and I was about 12 (almost 5 years later) and I fell in love with it very quickly. I don't think I've stopped playing ever since. I don't even remember what made me want to take lessons. I just know that I've never clicked with another object so well before. It's my way of expressing myself and honestly, it's where I spend most of my time alone and with God. I've never been able to feel as close to God as when I do when I sit by my piano and just sing. Maybe a year or 2 later I got a great opportunity to play with my worship pastor, Calie and the worship team on Sunday mornings. That's mostly where all of my current piano playing came from. Without that I don't think I could play like I do now. I don't do that any longer now though, I play worship for my youth group now with some of my closest friends. It's definitely a better place for me. I still have so much more to learn with piano, and I'm glad it's not over yet!
